  Millennium Corporate Solutions™ (MCS), headquartered in Irvine, CA, and Golden Pacific Insurance Services, Inc. of Monrovia (GPIS) have completed a merger. According to Sergio D. Bechara, Chairman of MCS, the GPIS offices will be relocating their operations to a new MCS office in Glendale. Fritz Mutter, GPIS founder, has accepted the position of Managing Partner of MCS's Los Angeles operations.
